The Museum will play a pivotal role as plans continue to develop for America’s efforts to remember the First World War. Not only will the Commission be based out of Kansas City, but the Museum is appointed to one of the twelve seats on the Commission.

    The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) provides the hatchery-raised trout as an additional winter fishing opportunity for anglers. Trout are a cold water fish and not native to the state. They cannot survive in the metro area’s warm-water lakes during summer. But in winter, they’re fun to catch and good to eat.
