The 6th Annual Haunted Harris-Kemper Walking Tour and Psychic Fair will be held this year on Saturday, October 14, 2017.

Tours begin at the R.T. Davis Mansion, 319 N. 20th Street in St. Joseph promptly at 6:30 pm and every 15 minutes thereafter.  The last tour leaves at 8 pm.  Tour groups are limited to 25 people each.

Each year the walk is slightly different as are the stories and activities.  This year participants will be able to enter one of the “spirit” filled houses.  The Psychic Fair this year will be inside the home at 2101 Faraon, its first year on the tour.

Tour participants will hear stories about real people and not so real people and animals, as well as see some unique and fabulous architecture.  Enjoy houses with pipe smoking spirits, cats, mysterious ladies, crying women, tantrum throwing children and much more.

Each tour will be led by a knowledgeable member of Harris-Kemper Historic District dressed in period costume.  Participants will stroll approx. 10 blocks (up and back) stopping at specific homes to hear real history stories, see lots of amazing architecture, hear about our “ghostly spirits” galore, travel by spooky places and people, encounter celebrities, and more.  Feel free to dress in costume.  Join us for lots of fun!

Spaces are limited for each tour and for psychic readings.  Each year the event has sold out in advance, so call now to reserve your place for both activities.  For tickets call Cyndee at 816-262-9167.
