Dynamic Expositions, Inc. is a closely held family corporation built around dedication and commitment to each other as well as our clients. A strong working relationship between departments provides a smooth transition for fulfilling our clients’ needs and expectations. We know the tradeshow floor is a battleground. The struggle for attention and mindshare is intense and aggressive. Most companies struggle to maintain control over budgets, time constraints, and overhead. As a small, dedicated firm, we work with our clients in more of a partnership role rather than a vendor.
Our office location is in Smithville, Missouri, a suburb of the Kansas City northland area, 15 minutes from the KCI International Airport. Our centralized location provides us convenient access for dispatch, client meetings, and planning sessions.
Mark and Kathy Kalin have owned and operated their privately-held businesses for more than three decades. They began building homes in 1976 and established Kalin Custom Homes, Inc. in 1986. Mark’s creative nature with turn-key custom homes made for a perfect transition to display production. His ability to evaluate and manage numerous components of the demanding environments of construction and real estate businesses will provide seasoned management and financial guidance to their new firm. Kathy has provided clerical services, billing, and bank draw filings, as well as real estate services for the building company since 1998.
J ason Kalin oversees the production and construction schedules for Kalin Custom Homes Inc. Jason’s youthful look into business brings fresh new ideas to many areas of the company. Over the past few years, he has incorporated custom design services utilizing CAD software to help clients visualize their ideas. Some of his new responsibilities involving marketing and media relations are very useful in supporting both Kalin Custom Homes, Inc. and Dynamic Expositions, Inc.
